Shipping Policy
Where we ship: We ship worldwide.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier, and range from $7 to $22.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Delays: Carrier delays, customs processing or severe weather can extend delivery times. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at sparksimplify@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
